I have recently made a resolution that I will stop reading newspapers. And I will elaborate on my reasons: +/-
Firstly, is it my imagination or people are just dropping dead left, right and center. I always reasoned that no news is good news but lately the newspapers are obsessed with stories covering deaths and tragedies. Its like reading an elongated obituary every morning over a cuppa!
Secondly my decision will save trees (LINKLINK2). Less readers would mean less trees are cut for the paper used for newspapers and since I would be spending less money in buying them, less paper money would be printed too! Ka Ching!!
Thirdly, the news readers on the television are getting prettier every day. Why bore your eyes reading the print when you can watch and listen to your news at the same time (LINK).
