When I moved to UK, I always thought the British to be a bit eccentric, but never thought someone would actually cut his car in half (VIDEOLINK STORYLINK STORYLINK2 STORYLINK3) to make a point to the nasty DVLA who clamped his untaxed Ford Fiesta.
